PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication system for a mobile object in which the state of interrupting a communication related to a call before switching by a call loss in the case of no-hit hard hand-over is eliminated.;SOLUTION: A terminal 11 for the mobile object and a base station 12 performs a communication (transmission line 21) related to a first call on a first communication channel, a switch time and a cutback time are determined during the relevant communication and at the switch time, the communication up to the moment is stopped. Then, the establishment of spread code synchronism is tried for starting a communication (transmission line 22) combining the communication related to the first call and a communication related to a second call on a second communication channel and when the synchronism is not established until the cutback time, the trial of synchronism establishment is stopped and the communication (transmission line 21) related to the first call is started again.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
