A structure (10) of a regenerative circuit is constructed by using the following steps: - embodiment of an intermediate thin layer (12), on a support mandrel (1 1) representing the inner profile of the structure (10), - formation of a series of channels which are regularly distributed around the mandrel (11) and opening facing the intermediate thin layer (12), each of the channels being provided with an insert which is soluble, - preheating of the supporting core (11) and an embodiment of the body (14) of the structure (10) by thermal spraying under vacuum, - machining by the outside, of channels in the body (14), and filling of these channels with the aid of soluble inserts (152), - formation of a layer (17) for closing the channels of the body (14) and the formation of an external envelope (18) by thermal spraying under vacuum, after preheating, - suppression of the assembly of the soluble inserts and the intermediate thin layer (12).
