The device has a strap (1) provided around waist of a person and sliding in front part for stabilizing it in low position. A ventral plate (7) is restored and held by another strap (8) that is fixed at an upper part of the plate. The plate has contact points with the straps (1, 8) for permitting stability movement, and for permitting contracting and expanding of the plate from a position (P1) to another position (P2).
