The device has telescopic cylinders (2, 3) forming a post blocked mechanically by a manual blocking system that consists of a rib (5) and screws (6) fixed on the cylinder (2) and a base (1). The rib is disposed along each cylinder and blocked using screws by making a quarter turn. The cylinders support a cable (8) supporting weight of a safety net (7) whose upper part is folded on the cable and fixed by an adhesive band (13).
