The chamber has a deflector (40) that is positioned on a cylinder head in the vicinity of openings of an air inlet conduit (24) of the chamber. The deflector induces rotation movement to air flow such that the air flow is directed towards a cylinder head. The chamber is delimited towards top by a lower surface (16) of the cylinder head and towards bottom by an upper surface (20) of a piston (22).
