The caisson has a technical volume (2) for an assembly of dry systems. A technical volume (3) is intended for the assembly of humid systems for the treatment, production and distribution of cold and hot domestic water supply, with turnstiles (72) and control glasses (73). A complete stair opening (6) has steps, riser, handrail, balustrade and partition, and is placed side by side at the front of the volumes. The dry systems are used for the protection, management and distribution of high and low currents, ventilation, air conditioning, centralized exhaust ventilation, with turnstiles and control glasses. The stair opening permits a person who follows the stairs to access the controls and the displays of the apparatus in the caisson. An independent claim is also included for a method of fabricating a technical caisson.
