The stent (1) has ends (3, 4) with one of the ends being beveled according to an angle which is of 30 to 45 degrees. The angle is defined as an angle formed between a bevel plane and a section plane of the stent perpendicular to a longitudinal axis of the stent. The stent has a total length of 20 millimeter and a diameter of 4 millimeter. One of the ends has a marking unit for radioscopic marking of the orientation of bevel. An independent claim is also included for a method of acquiring an endovascular stent.
