The device has a tube (3) supported on a seating face (4) of a valve body (1) and maintained and moved by a mechanism contained in a core (2) at the center of the body. The tube is moved to the front or rear of the core. The tube slides between the core and an insert (6), where the core and the insert are integrated. The tube has ribs (14) that permit to utilize dynamic pressure of a fluid to move the tube towards a closed position.
