The device has a group of water pockets (3) placed around an industrial gas sphere according to a coherent network representing concentric belts. The pockets are disposed on vertical supports (2) having multiple stages to spray water under the effect of shock wave and radiant heat, where the supports have a height proportional to that of the sphere. Top of the supports are held by a tight rope network (4) relative to six trestles (5).
