Topical cosmetic and/or dermatological composition (I), to fight against aging of the skin, comprising a complex extract of blue lotus (A) ( Nymphaea caerulea) and poppy (B) ( Papaver rhoeas), is new. ACTIVITY : Relaxant; Dermatological. MECHANISM OF ACTION : Facial muscular contraction inhibitor; Neurotransmitter inhibitor. The ability of (I) to inhibit neurotransmitters activity was tested in ganglion of foetus of mouse. The results showed that (I) reduced the phosphorus (16 %), calcitonine gene related protein (CGRP) (23 %), acetyl choline (16 %) and jusqula (5 %).
