The construction unit has stacked wooden panel (1) with slits , in which a vertical section (3) of a wall slides. The vertical section is fixed to horizontal sections (4, 5) at respective sides for linking the wall for supporting a frame work. The frame work is supported in such a manner that the wooden panel is movable according to the dilatation, due to temperature variation and hygrometry. An independent claim is also included for a process of constructing a building.
