The system has a support unit (30) for supporting prefabricated wall modules (21), and a fixation unit for fixing the wall modules to a foundation sill (1) that is made of scraped concrete. Another support unit (40) supports a concrete floor (60). A positioning unit positions the support units (30, 40) along distant determined positions with respect to a digging base (70). Support units (50, 80) support respective brick faces (51, 81). The fixation unit has inserts constituted by threaded metallic bushes.
