The balustrade has a bar or a panel transversely associated to a post (4) and extending along a direction parallel to the slope of a staircase or a platform. Association parts (7, 7a, 7b, 7c) are associated to the post in a rotating manner around a rotational axis, horizontal and perpendicular to the plane of the balustrade. The parts are associated to the bar or panel along a transversal axis perpendicular to the axis. Independent claims are also included for the following: (A) a staircase comprising a balustrade (B) a platform comprising a balustrade (C) a process of construction of a balustrade.
