The device has a finger (7) connected with pressure and compensation springs,. The finger is moved axially along an axis between an unlocking position in which the finger is spaced from a static part (9) and a locking position in which the finger cooperates with an aperture of the part during failure of the latter spring. The aperture is associated with an unlocking unit of the finger in a descent direction of a shutter.
