The device has a passage section reducer (4) provided in the form of a traversing tubular body in a connecting zone between a flexible pipe (3) and a rigid internal pipe (2). The reducer is fitted to an inlet of the internal pipe. The body is provided with external radial units (5) such as fixed stud, boss and notch, at its peripheral for expansion of the connecting zone between the internal pipe and the flexible pipe.
