The device (1) has two pressure pipes (6, 7) connecting two water attraction units (2, 2') and a pump (5). One of the pressure pipes includes a 3-way valve assembly (8) in which the other pressure pipe is arranged. The 3-way valve assembly is designed such that the water attraction units are operated simultaneously. Water flow rate is adjusted by a flow controller such that the water attraction units are operated at different intensities. An optical signal transmitting device (15) e.g. digital display, transmits different optical signals based on the set flow rate.
