The device has a coding unit (17) mounted on an outer ring (9), and a hollow shaft (2). The shaft has a sleeve (14) on which an inner ring (8) is mounted, and a body (15) surrounding a portion of the outer ring. A sensor unit (18) mounted on the body has a sensor (24) situated opposite to the coding unit. An elastic driving unit (6) is axially mounted on the outer ring on opposite side of the coding unit. The elastic driving unit (6) has an axial portion (6a) in contact with a hub to drive in rotation, by friction contact, the outer ring (9). An independent claim is also included for a two-wheeled vehicle comprising a wheel`s rotation parameters detection device.
