摘要

The method involves determining positioning characteristics and dimensions of a graphical object composed of juxtaposed pixels. Respective positions of pixels of the object are determined in a graphics memory according to the characteristics of the object. The pixels situated at the positions in the memory are placed in an occupied state if the pixel positions are not previously occupied in the memory by another object. The graphical object is a line segment if an object to be displayed is of text type.
