The device has two LCD screens (1) with 256 colors and installed in a lobby of a building. The screens are coupled to a CPU (3) situated in machinery or on roof of a cage of a lift. The screens broadcast information that is downloaded from a remote server using a high rate internet protocol connection. A broadcaster located on the server puts the information on-line across an Ethernet type safety access (8).
