The wall has a carrier structure (2) providing dynamic appearance to the wall and including a girder lattice (4) and an armor plate (3) fixed on the carrier structure. An inner steel liner (5) of the carrier structure totally covers the lattice. The armor plate presents a profile (23) complementary to the profile (22) of the carrier structure. Tiles of the armor plate occupy gaps present in the lattice.
