The method involves placing fixing units on legs of fixing elements e.g. screws. An outer face of a door frame (12) is extended beyond the fixing elements at walls (2) of a crossing opening. Covers of a crosspiece, a support (7) and posts are fixed on the walls of the opening crossing between outside of the door frame and a face of the wall on a side of an external space (4). A sheet of the covers is provided on a face in which a liner is fixed. The liner is placed against a wall of the crossing opening and stuck between the wall and the sheet. An independent claim is also included for a profile for a door frame of joinery, intended for an installation in a tunnel in a crossing opening of a wall, comprising an interior face.
