The vehicle has a steering control handlebar (6) cooperating with a crossbar (14). The crossbar is connected to front and rear wheels (3, 4a, 4b) by utilizing tie rods (15, 16a, 16b) to drift the front wheel control movement and driving movements of the wheels (4a, 4b) in a direction opposed to that of the wheel (3). The rods transmit an inverse angular displacement to the wheels (4a, 4b) with respect to the wheel (3).
