The door has a recess (74) made in a front plate (26) to permit air passage and covered by an elastic membrane (76) impermeable to air. The membrane is deformed between a position in which it covers entire recess and another position in which a major part of the membrane is separated from the recess. A cover (78) fixed on an inner side of the plate permits to limit deformation of the membrane. An independent claim is also included for an aircraft including a door.
