The case (1) has two vertical and parallel posts (3) adapted to cooperate with removable intermediate locking and connection units. The locking and connection units are interposed between each post and each side of a base (2), and are interposed between each post and each side of corresponding perforated wall (4). The posts are blocked with each other with a gap between them using the locking and connection units. An independent claim is also included for a method for assembling a display case.
