The parlor has stalls (8) with outer walls (14) constituted of vertical panels (15) directly articulated on a chassis, for passing from a deployed position to a closed transportation position of the parlor and vice-versa. The panels are directly mounted in rotation on the chassis. A nourishment providing unit adapted to deployment and transportation of the parlor provides nourishment to animals during milking.
