The unit has an absorptive form comprising inner and outer panels (9b, 9a) which are integrated together by cross bars (9d, 9e) for constituting panel couples. An inner concrete pouring space is formed in the panel couples. The cross bars have end fins which are engaged in corresponding slots of panel edges. Tie rods (9f) are provided to connect central zones of panels of the panel couples. An independent claim is also included for a wall comprising a wall construction unit.
