The ancillary has a bone graft drive unit (21), equipped with a support unit on a bone graft, for driving the bone graft in displacement within a housing. An actuation unit (23), connected operationally and mechanically to the drive unit, controls movement of the bone graft. A bone graft cutting unit (40) is located inside the housing after cutting the bone graft.
