The device includes a motor (2) cooperating with driving units (3) to actuate a closing system. The motor cooperates with the driving units through mechanical transmission units (8) for automatic disengagement, in case of stop of control of the motor operation. The disengagement allows a free displacement of the driving units with respect to the motor. An independent claim is also included for a rolling slat blind or garage door type system for closing a building.
