The clip has a rigid hook (11) engaged on an edge (5) of a fixation window (3). A deformable web (13) connects the hook to a rigid body (7) such that during axial engagement of the clip in the window, the hook is interlocked on the edge by supporting and rotating the hook on and around the edge. The body is axially moved relative to the hook when the web passes from a rest position to a deformed position. An independent claim is also included for an inner lining part of a motor vehicle including a fastening clip.
