The device has a lock-nut with a primary arm and a retention head. The head has an orifice to surround a head of a screw or a nut. An uncoupling unit has a surface supporting against a surface of the arm. The uncoupling unit and the lock-nut are coplanar, and have less thickness, where the unit is independent of the lock-nut. A clearance is created between an outer support point and the unit.
