The unit has a variable volume fluid product chamber with inlet and outlet valves (3, 4) and an elastically deformable part (22) whose deformation varies the volume of the product chamber. The deformable part is formed by a monoblock part (2) which forms a rigid part (23) defining a conduit (24) which leads to the valve (4). The part (23) is displaced axially in to and fro manner by deforming the part (22).
