The device has a pocket (1) with an absorbing pad (2) at its bottom and a tongue (3) covered with streaks (4) in a vertical direction for leading urine towards the pad. Kick pleats (5) are placed around the pocket, and wings (6), provided on both sides of top of the pocket, have support straps, an elastic strap and an adhesive band. The pocket, tongue and wings are made of a veil impermeable to damaged textile or plastic.
