The upper fabric part (2) is sewn with the lower fabric part (3) to form an opening (4) permitting the insertion of a changing pad. The cover has pockets (5), entertaining objects (6), motifs and designs (8), where the entertaining objects are attached using links (7). The opening can be provided with a closing system such as buttons.
