The device has a closed enclosure (13) made up of an electrically insulating material. The closed enclosure is connected to a pressure supply source for subjecting a delimited closed inner space (15) to a determined pressure. The enclosure has an inlet unit (33) to input products to be processed and an outlet unit (34) to output processed products, where the units are made in the form of lock. The enclosure is provided with watertight bearings (37, 38), respectively associated to upstream and downstream ends of a transfer unit (17).
