The device has a self-supporting container (18) including two parts that integrated in a base by a stitched segment. Two arms (4, 6) of a waist belt extend from one of the parts, in a lower part of the container. A space between the two parts varies according to a closing mode of an object. The arms exert an leverage action for plating the container against user`s back through a pivot point (E), in a vertical position.
