The device (1) has a stationary vertical arm (3.2) connected with an upper region of a movable vertical arm (3.1) and with a side of a dimensionally stable device (2) at a position. A lower region of the stationary vertical arm forms a complementary part (3.3.2) of a detachable clip closure (3.3). Horizontal rods (3.4, 3.5) are provided on a side, which is turned towards an opening (3.7), of the movable and stationary vertical arms, respectively. The dimensionally stable device comprises a form of a frame (2.1) with two gripper jaws (2.2) for holding a tennis ball. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing a detachable device for attaching articles at strip-shaped materials.
