The system (1) has an assembly mounted on a retainer plate and housing a cylinder in which two units are circularly fixed with spaces. The plate is encased by the two sides of a lower part of a support (2) of a safety belt, where the system is mounted on the support. The belt (3), after hooking, forces a unit, which is pushed below one circularly fixed unit in a circular movement within the cylinder, towards the spaces.
