The device has a rigid wall formed of a rectangular band (1) with a width of about 50 millimeter and forming a U-shaped open frame closed by an access door (10). Free ends of the frame have articulations (7) rotating the frame around an axis parallel to a wall (5) of a vehicle. The articulations cooperate with a housing (6) placed in the wall (5) to receive and rotate the frame from utilization to retracted position within the housing. The housing is arranged on the circumference of a storage area which is integrated to the wall (5) and enclosed by the frame. An independent claim is also included for a motor vehicle including a packaged product holding device.
