The device has a support lever (2) including two lateral flanges (2a, 2b) situated on both sides of a jack (1) articulated around a support axle. The flanges are connected near a tilt axle (9), by a piece (2c) forming cradle for the jack. The flanges are articulated between support brackets (7a, 7b) that permit to move the tilt axle inwards the frame. The brackets have folds for holding the flanges. The distance between the tilt axle and the support axle is lower than height of a frame.
