The circuit has control circuits (103, 104) respectively connected to control electrodes of transistors (101, 102) to provide crescent and decreasing voltages (Vp, Vn). Each of voltage pumping circuits (110, 120) has an input and an output connected to the electrodes of the respective transistors. The pumping circuits produce voltage steps on their outputs when the voltages on their inputs exceed determined threshold voltages. The slope of the crescent and decreasing voltages differs based on the control circuits and a control signal. An independent claim is also included for an integrated circuit comprising an universal serial bus (USB) control interface including two bus control circuits.
