The device has a plate (10) which is mounted sliding in vertical and parallel rails (9) which are arranged at the level of an opening (12). The rails are inside a distribution pipe (6) and inclined with respect to a radial plane (13) of the distribution duct, where the angle of inclination of the rails is situated in a projecting angular sector which is defined by the plane (13) and a vertical plane (14). An independent claim is also included for a display rack comprising a granular and powdery products storing and dispensing device.
