The arrow has a tubular body (1) carrying a detachable spike (2) at one end and a rod (3) on another end, where the spike has a barb (7) and the rod has locking and munition detents (5, 6). The spike and the rod are fixed on the body by forced and/or bonding fitting or by screwing. The body has a core (4) in its inner side, where the core is made of rigid and light composite materials and is adhered on the whole length of the body.
