The regulator has a central detention spring (19) positioned around a push unit (10). The spring has a lower unit resting on a base (17) of a friction ring (16) and an upper end for supporting a head (20) extended from a push rod (21) with a flat top (24). A deformable unit (25) is interposed between a heat sensitive unit and an altimetry adjusting ring (26) that is connected with an initial adjusting ring (27) and a sealing unit (28).
