The device has a driving unit (9) for controlling rotation of casements (3, 4) of a closing system through a transmission unit (8). The unit (8) has cams (25A, 25B) with which driving fingers (27A, 27B) act for controlling rotation of the casements. The cams are defined in a manner to provide an idle motion for the unit (8) with respect to the casements, in initial or final opening or closing control phase of the casements.
