The device has probes (2 1-2 3) collecting data related to given profile for a set of sub-systems (1 1-1 3). A central control device (3) processes the data to synchronize and manage creation, updating and destruction of entities. An experimentation platform (4) has an application program (4p) to define and control additional classes of data aggregated to entities resulting from application of models, and define different entities. An independent claim is also included for a method for simulating a future system from several sub-systems.
