The phase is agitated at 60-90[deg]C, where the temperature is the melting point of the fat content, which is solidified at lower than 50[deg]C are hydrogenated oils, hydrogenated fatty acids/salts of fatty acids from palm oil, soya oil, sunflower oil, flax oil or food vegetable oil.
