The device has a hook-holder with hooks (2) having fastening points (7) supporting under a tip cylinder (3) of a dowel pin, between legs (6) of the pin, in a restricted space between the cylinder (3) and nut cylinder (4). The cylinder (4) is reversed by the pressure exerted on it by a piston (10) moving inside the cylinder (3) by simultaneous application of two antagonistic forces exerted on the piston and holder.
