The transducer has a cylindrical unit (3) comprising inductor windings (4, 5) which are distributed into two solenoid type circuits. The circuits are connected with each other and supplied in a distinct manner from respective terminals (14, 15). The circuits comprising permanent magnet (7) and is adapted for concentrating the magnetic flux in a region in which the windings are situated. An independent claim is also included for a mobile telephone comprising a ringing and vibration device including an electromechanical transducer.
