The overhelmet (4) has two turn signal lamps (6) on sides, a stop light (3) on top part, a red fog light (2) on center and an identification plate (8) in bottom. The plate has name of the driver, blood group of the driver, telephone number and name of driver`s physician, and telephone number to be informed during emergency. The overhelmet is fitted on a helmet (1) using clips (7).
