Transparent or translucent cosmetic composition (A), comprises a liquid fatty phase (I) comprising a first polymer (Ia) containing a unit (Ib) (comprising a polyorganosiloxane group containing 1-100 organosiloxane units (Ic)) and a second polymer (IIa) containing (Ib) (comprising polyorganosiloxane group containing 50-1000 units of (Ic)), where both polymers have at least two groups of e.g. guanidino and/or biguanidino, forming hydrogen bonding. Transparent or translucent cosmetic composition (A), for care and/or make-up, comprises a liquid fatty phase (I) comprising a first polymer (Ia) containing a unit (Ib) (comprising a polyorganosiloxane group containing 1-100 organosiloxane units (Ic)) and a second polymer (IIa) (having weight average molecular mass of =50000 g/mol), containing (Ib) (comprising polyorganosiloxane group containing (Ic) 50-1000), where both polymers have at least two groups of ester, amide, sulfonamide, carbamate, thiocarbamate, urea, urethane, thiourea, oxamido, guanidino and/or biguanidino, for forming hydrogen bonding, and they are solid at ambient temperature and soluble in (I) at 25-250[deg]C for forming a medium.
